About Lisa Montoya
Lisa Montoya's professional background is rooted in teaching and training. She has a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences and helping people and organizations optimize performance. Lisa has extensive knowledge and experience in needs assessment, learning design, and evaluation. Her greatest strength is creating significant and innovative pathways between organizational goals and measurable outcomes.
Lisa graduated from the University of New Mexico's Organizational & Informational Learning Sciences Master's Degree Program with a focus in Adult Learning in 2021. She has further educational background in communication, business, psychology, and fine arts. She has vast administrative and faculty experience in higher education, further expanding her ability to work with others in a diverse, evolving, and learning-oriented environment.
Lisa grew up in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2008. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.
